What We Do and Don't Do
What We Do
1. Provide information for diet and exercise routines to alleviate or reduce chronic pain and/or depression.
2. Fully recognize the connection between chronic pain (and/or) depression and the effects of diet and exorcise have on those two.
3. Provide an easy to follow diet and exercise program that is easy to follow, removes guess work, and helps individuals start their journey in fitness even if they do not suffer with depression or chronic pain.
4. Provide resource connections to aid in emergencies/crises situations and for counseling services.


What We Don't Do
1. Provide information that should be used to override your doctor or therapist.
2. Provide live interventions.
3. Suggest this program be used as a “weight loss” program. Although you will likely burn fat, you will put on an amount of muscle that would have you “weigh” more. The scale is irrelevant at this point in your journey and should be treated as such.
